How would you define resilience? Resilience is the process of navigating through adversity with understanding & hope that 'this too shall pass' as you prepare for your next season. As I reflect on my own journey, resilience is the strength within to persevere - knowing that you got you.
What does wellness mean to you? Wellness describes the active pursuit in bettering the dimensions of health in a person's life. There are 8 dimensions of wellness: mental, physical, financial, spiritual, environmental, social, occupational, & intellectual.
