As much as we miss seeing you in-person in our center, we feel passionate about bringing RISE to YOU and making our trainings and resources more accessible to everyone amidst this extraordinary circumstance in our world. Therefore, we've created a number of virtual offerings during spring quarter to support you, which include:
- Live RISE programs offered each week via Zoom, Instagram Live, and other online platforms - See our calendar of events below or our Winter Program brochure for more detailed information about our offerings
- A growing library of guided healing practices (including guided meditations and short video resources to support mental health)
- Mental health leadership online training series
- Downloadable handouts to support self-care, grounding, and routine
- An inspiring and meditative RISE playlist on Spotify
- Other guided workshops to facilitate healing, learning, growth, and community
