Favorite Self-Care Practice
I enjoy spending time outside taking walks, journaling, and doing mindfulness/gratitude practices.
I love essential oils. Lavender, eucalyptus & lemongrass are my favorite.
How would you define resilience?
Resilience is the process of navigating through adversity with understanding & hope that 'this too shall pass' as you prepare for your next season. As I reflect on my own journey, resilience is the strength within to persevere - knowing that you got you.
What does wellness mean to you?
Wellness describes the active pursuit in bettering the dimensions of health in a person's life. There are 8 dimensions of wellness: mental, physical, financial, spiritual, environmental, social, occupational, & intellectual. Understanding the holistic vantage point of wellness allows us to evaluate and embrace the multi-faceted aspects of ourselves to support our growth.
