How would you define resilience?

For me, resilience is all about recovery. Life can be painful. Resilience is our ability to make meaning of that pain and integrate it into our life's story, so we don't remain stuck.

What does wellness mean to you?

Wellness is living a life worth living! It is the insight to know your needs and values followed by taking empowered action towards living a life that is aligned with these needs and values. I believe good mental health practice gives us the language to feel, express and navigate a range of positive and challenging/ uncomfortable emotions. And the tools, the insight, and the bandwidth to make empowered choices about responding to adversity while thriving.
